    AAOM Member Profile Instructions

    AAOM Member Profiles on www.aaomed.org
    1. Go to the AAOM Webpage at www.aaomed.org
    2. On AAOM Home Page, select Membership Services located on the dark blue bar running across the top of page
    3. You will be asked for your password to log into site. If you do not have a user name and password, contact AAOM administrator at www.aaomed.org – a temporary user name and password will be emailed to you; this can be changed when personally updating your profile.
    4. Scroll down to bottom of Membership page, and click on Update Profile
    5. This action will open your profile which should have some basic information already in place.
    6. There are four sections to the membership profile:
      • Member Information and Photo
      • Practice Location(s) Information
      • Therapies Offered
      • Narrative on Your Practice
    7. Member Information and Photo – fill in missing information or make appropriate changes. To add your Photo - Select Browse – and choose a photo from your personal files. Picture should be no more than 120 x 120 pixels to appropriately fit on your profile in the Find a Doctor module.
    8. Practice Location – Primary location will appear first; additional locations may be added by clicking on “Add Another Practice Location”. After second location is loaded, this action can be repeated for third, fourth, etc. location. In this section, you can also add your website address which will be linked to your profile in the Find a Doctor Module.
    9. Therapies – From the pre-loaded Therapy Listing - Select all of the therapies appropriate to your practice.
    10. Narrative – Type a paragraph or more about yourself and your practice, location, setting, skills and services.

    To complete and record your changes, be sure to click the “Update” button at the bottom of the page.
    If you forget to click “Update” all of your important changes will be lost.
